How To Feel AWESOME

Hey guys! I am going to be sharing with you all my tips on how I stay motivated and happy. I am first going to start off with food. Now, this might sound really dumb because any food can make anyone feel happy. But remember, you are what you eat. If you constantly feel bloated and just gross, definitely try adding some fruits and vegetables into your daily meals. Overall, eat what makes you feel good and clean at the end of the day. My next tip is to workout. I am not talking about going to the gym for 4 hours everyday. A little physical activity (even if it as simple as walking your dog or just stretching your muscles) will feel so great. This is definitely something I do when I feel really stressed or if I have a long day ahead. Start out by doing these things in moderation and then add more later on. My next tip is finding music that puts you in a good mood. When I am having crappy days, I can put on some music and forget about everything. Music takes me into my own little world, and I absolutely love it. Also, find some fun, upbeat workout music. This will definitely keep you motivated. My last tip for everyone is to be confident. You guys are all probably thinking that this is easier said than done. Well, maybe that is true. But, any goal that shall be achieved takes time. People constantly applaud me on how confident I am. The truth is, I am insecure about plenty of things, it just doesn't show as much. To get through insecurity, one must completely remove anyone that makes you feel this way. Having someone that inspires you is much different than having someone who makes you feel bad about yourself. So, if you feel as though you are not good enough, I am telling you now that is FALSE. Everyone has a purpose in this world no matter who you are and where you came from. You are you and you are the best you there is. That is my little spiel for today. Thanks for reading!
