Coconut Lemon Protein Bites

Hello! I recently discovered this awesome recipe for these coconut lemon protein bites. They are so tasty and really healthy. They are packed with protein and seriously taste like lemon merengue pie. These bites are super easy to make. Here are the ingredients below:)


1 cup of whole raw cashews

1 cup of dates (make sure you remove the pits)

1/2 cup of milk (almond, cashew, coconut)

1/4 cup of coconut flakes

1 lemon *juiced*

1 lemon *zest*

1 cup of rolled oats


Instructions: Put all of these ingredients in a food processor and blend. Next, get a tablespoon and scoop out the mixture and put them in balls. After that, get each ball and coat them in coconut flakes. I highly recommend that you refrigerate them for about an hour before eating them so they can harden a bit. That is all!
